Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Urban areas typically receive orders faster. Remote locations may take a few additional days. We provide a tracking number for every order.

Orders totalling $150 CAD or more automatically qualify for free shipping — no promo code or special action needed. Simply add items to your order until you reach $150 and shipping is on us.

Absolutely. Every product we carry is certified BPA-free. We take product safety seriously, especially for items used around food or children. All products meet Health Canada's safety standards for household use.

Many of our kitchen and food-storage products are dishwasher safe on the top rack. Product listings indicate dishwasher compatibility. When in doubt, hand washing in warm soapy water is always a safe option.
